Signature dossiers
Signature dossier gathers what the studio knows about one signature: its profile in COSMIC v3.4 and in v3.2 as MuSiCal ships it, COSMIC's proposed aetiology, the PCAWG tumor types that carry it (at 5% or more of a tumor, MuSiCal's exposures) with the median share among carriers, how often the refit rule finds it by assay and mutation count (fitting all of COSMIC, and fitting the tumor type's signatures), whether COSMIC lists it as a possible sequencing artifact, and MuTopia's tissue-specific forms of it with their topotypes.
It needs no data: open it from the Start board and pick a signature. Each dossier is a share link of about a hundred bytes.
MuTopia names a process's two topographic forms A and B per model, and the letters do not mean the same thing across tissues (ovary's SBS8-A is in the StressD topotype, breast's SBS8-B is). The dossier and the sample explorer name forms by their topotype.
Timing distributions across PCAWG join when the bundle carries Tau's results for its tumors.
