sigscape is a joint effort of the Park Lab at the Department of Biomedical Informatics at Harvard Medical School and the Gülhan Lab at the Krantz Family Cancer Center at Massachusetts General Hospital. Our work has accumulated into different tools, model releases, and datasets across mutational signatures and genomic topography.
